What is OUR HOUSE made of?
Our houses are made from steel, concrete, and EPS foam.
These are building materials that don’t degrade and will last a lifetime.
The walls, floor, and roof are structurally laminated panels that are much stronger than the average building.

Are they wind-resistant?
Yes,
our houses are rated for hurricane-speed winds.
They can handle the worst wind conditions in the world.
Are they flood-resistant?
We don't use lumber or sheetrock. The building materials won't be damaged by water, and they won't grow mold. This means if your house gets flooded, the water drains out, and the structure is undamaged.
Are they fire-resistant?
yes, our house was engineered with fire resistance in mind. The interior and exterior of the structure are clad with non-combustible materials. We think this means flying embers that spread forest fires won't ignite your house.
